A compact stroller that is also a compact stroller, the Contours Itsy offers lots of features for its size. The basket in the back of the seat is spring loaded, meaning that you can lower it to store a diaper bag or backpack in, and it will open up to keep the contents. It comes with a child's accessory holder and an adjustable seat pad that reclines. This is more than what you get on a standard lightweight stroller.

In addition, it has a great canopy that can be opened and close to provide the level of sun protection you require, and the handlebar is adjustable in height four positions to provide a more comfortable fit. We weren't too impressed by its ride quality over rough surfaces. We felt that the wheels and suspension did not do a good job of absorbing shocks and bumps.

The Munchkin Sparrow is the ultimate travel stroller for parents on the move. This ultra-compact stroller folds down and up easily and fits into the overhead compartments on planes or trunks in amusement parks (no need to worry about parking charges). It also comes with an easy-zip carrying bag for easy storage. It can be used from birth with the infant car seat adapter and provides a decent amount of shade thanks to its canopy (though not as much as the Nuna TRVL or Uppababy Minu V2). The only downside for certain parents is that they feel the design uninspiring and utilitarian.

The BabyZen Yoyo+ stroller is more expensive than the other lightweight buggy single strollers. However, it was designed specifically for urban living and luxe travel. It's among the easiest strollers to fold (and comes with a handy carry case), and it has a nice amount of storage, including cups holder. The seat reclines nearly flat for both child and adult. This is the only stroller in our list with an adapter for car seats that can allow it to be used with a newborn. Some short parents may not like the handlebar, as it isn't adjustable.

The UPPAbaby Minu V2 may not be the most lightweight stroller, but it has a lot of amazing features that help children travel more easily. The spacious seat reclines to a flat position, and comes with additional padding to make the naps on planes last longer. The canopy extends to provide a lot of sun coverage and the tray on the front has plenty of storage. It also features an adjustable handle that doubles as a footrest when folded. This footrest, however, seems vulnerable to damage from baggage handlers.

Uppababy's Minu V2 is a top stroller that doesn't skimp on design or quality. Its compact size makes it easy to navigate narrow sidewalks and tight spaces, but its sturdy construction means it can withstand rough terrain without compromising your child's comfort. Front and rear spring-action suspensions create a noticeably more comfortable ride for both of you, while its sturdy materials ensure it can stand up to every day wear and tear without losing its shape. Additionally it can be extended to accommodate additional items such as baby car seat.

Even with a baby on hand, the Minu was very easy to fold and move around. Its squat fold, which opens into three sections was among the easiest folds we tested. This makes it possible to easily fit into overhead compartments on planes and public transport. It also has a color-coded single standing stroller-action brake that is simple to use.

The seat reclines in a variety of positions, and the leg rest can be adjusted with one hand, making it easy to find your child's perfect position. 5. Joovy Aire

Joovy is a well-known stroller brand offers several models. This stroller is light and a great option for parents who are looking for a sturdy stroller that can take their children. It is simple to move, has plenty of storage, and isn't difficult to fold. It's not ideal if you want a car seat-compatible model or a double stroller, though. It does not accept infant car seats. Your babies should be able to sit upright on their backs before you can use it.

This stroller has some solid features and a price tag. It scored a higher rating in our maneuverability review than other models with similar specs, and it's an excellent choice for smooth paved surfaces. It also has a nice canopy and plenty of storage, including a large tray for parents. The front wheel suspension is stiff, and the handlebar is smaller in diameter than the norm, but it provides an enjoyable ride for adults.

If you have twins or two children of different ages, you might find a side by side stroller to be the best single stroller 2024 choice to transport them. Our favorite is the Joovy Twin Groove, which comes with a wide range of features and a narrow footprint that fits in places that other side-by-side alternatives won't.
